MCS offers several options for your next event, including, but not limited to, GW-branded backdrops, pop-up banner stands and GW-branded merchandise for use at meetings, conferences and other on- and off-campus events. Rental display items are available in limited quantities and on a first-come, first-served basis. For billing purposes, a six-digit banner index code is required at time of request.
All requests to rent materials or purchase branded merchandise must be received at least five business days prior to the date the item is needed. Only GW staff and faculty may rent or purchase our materials. Students are not eligible. A member of the MCS team will contact you once the Request Form has been submitted to confirm item availability and complete the process.
Pick-Up and Return
Pick-ups and returns of rented and purchased items are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm, at the Marketing and Creative Services offices located at 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 300. When picking up rental items, please allow 15 minutes for a demonstration on proper set-up and breakdown.
The department or organization renting materials or purchasing merchandise is responsible for any necessary repair or replacement costs, to be determined when items are returned.
