What aspect of your job are you most meticulous/nerdy about?

Making sure everything is organized and consistent.

Leslie combines the heart of a creative with the head of project manager, much to the benefit of our team. As the director for GW’s Licensing and Trademarks Program, she promotes, protects and preserves the GW brand by ensuring that approved vendors are creating licensed GW merchandise—everything from hats to glassware—according to approved brand guidelines. Plus, she has the uncanny talent of always being able to spot a fake logo. As a project manager, Leslie’s meticulous nature ensures that even the smallest details of a project—no matter the scale—are remembered and incorporated to create engaging, original work.

When she’s not at GW, Leslie’s creativity continues to flow. She draws inspiration from her roles as proud mom and dog owner, and she creates customized baby and dog swag for her Etsy store. Leslie hails from Kentucky and went to Arizona for undergrad, but has made D.C. and GW her home for the past decade.
